The measure of a business isn’t when all goes well but when something unfortunately goes wrong. On receipt of an online purchase it was found to be faulty, but after contacting Garden Sanctuary my issues were acknowledged immediately and resolution options offered. A replacement item was despatched with continued communications provided.

Excellent design, easy to assemble and operate. Bought to lift ten plasterboard boards. Now our son has it in North London for his work, Fantastic value at £120 I am 80 years old and managed it solo (apart from the wife handing me the screws)
